If you are purchasing or selling a home, or refinancing, Taggart Law can assist you throughout the process.  We understand that this process is a big event in one’s life, especially for first-time home buyers, and we recognize that it can also be a stressful event.  We aim to ensure that your burdens are eased and will assist you every step of the way.
 
Whether buying, selling, or refinancing, we offer very competitive and affordable flat rates fees. 
 
For standard residential purchases, the legal fee is $900 plus HST.  Please contact us to discuss the cost of disbursements, and any additional costs for non-standard lenders.

For standard residential sales, the cost is $800 plus HST and disbursements.  This includes the legal work for a standard sale with one discharge.  Please contact us to discuss any additional legal costs and disbursements if you have more than one mortgage to discharge.

Please note, that the fees quoted here are for purchases and sales of up to $1,000,000.  Please contact us for pricing on transactions over $1,000,000.

We are able to act for you on any property within Ontario.  Please contact us to discuss if your property is outside of Ottawa.
